Jo’s love of cooking began on a step stool with an over-sized apron and spoon, and slowly grew and developed under the unofficial instruction of her culinary-inclined parents. By college, she and her partner-in-crime roommate were watching Ina Garten’s The Barefoot Contessa by day and cooking meals for their friends and roommates by night. Now years later, a late twenty-something wife and mother, she is cooking her way to chef-dom and savoring the sweet, sour, and everything in between.
